Company Driver
Revenue Share
Drive our equipment and earn a percentage of what your truck brings in — the harder you work, the more you take home.
- A flat 25% of gross earnings. You share directly in the revenue — no black-box pay scale.

Owner Operator
Lease On
Lease a truck through Kingdom and run as an owner operator. Here's exactly how the numbers work — no surprises.
- 25% lease-on rate. Kingdom's share of the gross on the freight you run.
- Insurance, fuel & truck lease payment deducted. Taken straight from your weekly settlement.
- $0.25 per mile maintenance escrow. Set aside for upkeep so your truck stays road-ready.
- 10% minimum down payment. Every truck requires a down payment of at least 10% to get started.
